By creating an account or using Ravefy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Ravefy is a software tool that repurposes authentic, real customer testimonials into marketing content formats. Ravefy does not generate, fabricate, or create fictional testimonials or fake reviews.

Key clarifications:

• Ravefy does NOT create, fabricate, or generate fake testimonials. All testimonials processed by Ravefy must be genuine feedback from real customers.
• Ravefy transforms existing, authentic testimonials into various marketing content formats (social media posts, ad copy, email snippets, etc.) using AI.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring all testimonials they input are genuine and that they have appropriate consent from their customers.
• Generated content is derived from real customer feedback and is intended to help businesses repurpose authentic social proof across marketing channels.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is intended for use by a single person or entity.

• Testimonial Authenticity: You represent and warrant that all testimonials entered into Ravefy are genuine feedback from real customers. You must not fabricate, falsify, or misleadingly alter customer testimonials.
• Customer Consent: You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before collecting, storing, and publicly displaying their testimonials and likeness.
• Content Review: While Ravefy uses AI to generate marketing content from your testimonials, you are responsible for reviewing all generated content for accuracy before publishing. AI-generated content may occasionally misrepresent or embellish the original testimonial.
• Truthful Marketing: You agree not to use Ravefy-generated content in any misleading, deceptive, or false advertising capacity.

You may not use Ravefy to:

• Create, amplify, or distribute fabricated testimonials or fake reviews
• Generate misleading or deceptive marketing materials
• Input testimonials from individuals who have not given consent
• Violate any advertising standards or consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction
• Use the testimonial wall widget to display fabricated social proof
• Send spam, engage in harassment, or upload illegal or harmful content
• Inflate, manipulate, or artificially boost review scores or social proof metrics on third-party platforms
• Abuse the AI generation system or attempt to circumvent plan limits or security measures

Ravefy offers three plan tiers: Free, Starter, and Pro. Each tier has specific limits on testimonials, content generations, and features as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.

During our beta period, all users receive complimentary access to Pro features. This beta access may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

Ravefy uses Polar (polar.sh) as its Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, you are purchasing from Polar, who acts as the reseller. Polar is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, tax calculation and remittance, and refund processing.

Subscription terms:

• Starter: $9/month or $90/year
• Pro: $29/month or $290/year
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

Ravefy uses Anthropic's Claude AI to transform your authentic customer testimonials into marketing content. Important disclosures:

• AI-generated content is derived from and inspired by your real customer testimonials
• The AI may rephrase, restructure, or creatively reformat the original testimonial text
• Generated content should be reviewed by you before publishing to ensure it accurately reflects the customer's actual experience
• Ravefy does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be suitable for all advertising regulations in all jurisdictions
• You retain full ownership of generated content and are responsible for its use

You retain full ownership of all testimonials, data, and content you upload to Ravefy. By using the Service, you grant Ravefy a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

If you use the testimonial wall widget to display customer testimonials publicly on your website, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from the customers whose testimonials you display. Displayed testimonials must be genuine and unaltered in meaning.

In addition to the Prohibited Uses above, you agree not to use Ravefy to impersonate another person or entity, or to engage in any activity that would violate applicable law.

Ravefy is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravefy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any damages resulting from AI-generated content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ravefy and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, including but not limited to claims resulting from fabricated testimonials, unauthorized use of customer data, or misleading marketing content generated through the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time from your Account Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
